p0172 engine code 98 r/t

so i got the engine together dropped it in and fired it up then it started running rough and through a p0172 code system too rich bank 1 i have no idea but # 4 cyl is mis firing also i need some ideas

I'm sorry, But what did you do to the engine? Maybe pinch a injector wire or o2 sensor wire.

no it came out to be 2 bent exhaust valves
