Hello, I have a 2004 Dodge Neon. I bought it from my great grandmother for something to drive while I rebuild my 70 Camaro. Now, I'm not sure what model neon this is. It doesn't have power windows or locks, auto tranny, not an SRT4. That's all I can think of off the top of my head. Please ask any other questions you may have.

 

Sounds like a base model neon like a se.
