Hey guys I have a 03' dodge neon sxt and I was changing my fog light bulbs today because they didn't work, but then I noticed that one of the cables that connect from the light bulb to I don't know where was broken.. It's a black wire.. Any suggestions on what to do?

Note: the left fog light works after I put the new bulb, but the right fog light is the one with the broken wire.
