hey guys im new to owning a neon but i just got one yesterday for the gas milage but te speedo is not working i put a new speed sencor in it today but still not working the guy i bought it from said it stopped working after he put a tranny from pick and pull in it what could it be and how hard of a fix would it be its a 1999 single overhead cam stick shift
