Default Left and right rear turn signals/brake/flashers won't work

Fronts signals/headlights work fine, as do the tail lights(seperate bulb), reverse lights, and the third brake light. Gauge cluster flashes fast when blinkers are on, as to indicate a problem with blinkers. Replaced bulbs and that's not it. Fuses are ok. Replaced the multi-function switch in the steering column. Didn't change anything. Replaced the flasher relay on the dash fuse block by the door. Did not change anything either. This is starting to become a headache.
For what it's worth in relation to this post, the radio, the gauge cluster(half of the time), and the drivers door switch(to dome light) have not worked for at least a year. This car is electrically possessed. This may or may not be relevant. Any idea where I can look to fix the current issue at hand?

What yr is ur neon?
If the Front turn signal and flasher works, then there is nothing wrong with Flasher relay or Multifunction switch. If the tail lamp works, then the Ground circuit/wire is fine. Brake lamp shares ground with tail lamp.
ur problem will be a broken wire somewhere vehicle for the power side. Or possibly a terminal corrosion at the connector.

Sorry, I did forget to mention it is a '96 highline.
It wouldn't be terminal corrosion I wouldn't think, if it's on both sides, would it?. Plus, the socket's don't look corroded. Does the third brake light run on a seperate power line from the other two rears?
Also, is there a way to narrow down the location of where the power stops without being great with a multi-meter?
Thanks for the input so far!

This is a bit confusing to explain, but the problem is fixed. Not entirely sure what I did to fix it, but it was bulb related. I had replaced the brake/tail bulbs before, and I think it was caused by a bad reverse light bulb(which I had not replaced before, because I did not think it could affect brake/signals), but it's working now. And to correct myself, the brake/tails do share the same bulb, but only the tail function was working on both. Thanks for the input anyway.
