Do you have to pull the radiator out to replace the fan on dodge neon 97?

I wired up the fan directly to the battery and nothing. So it has to be the fan that went out.
I do not even get a spark when I wire it up But if i touch the positive wire to the relay ground i get sparks.
So no spark fan don't spin. Must be fan. Do NOT wanna pull radiator out because of the ac **** hooked up to it seems like it might be over my head.
