i have a 2001 neon 2.0 sohc.after changing the head i have no spark.new cam, crank sensors.no codes. timing is correct. i have good compression in all cylinders. it has been at the dealer. they say the dvr says the car is not in sync, but provide no solution. all connectors have the proper voltage. i have tried new relays and jumping them. still no luck. any suggestions???? thanks.
