Exclamation electrical probleme (turn signal switch)

hi , i got a dodge neon 2004 se (1966cc)... when i was using my flasher i was earing a buzzing noise comming out of my relay box in the fuse box. so i change my turn signal switch and now the fog lights stays on when my lights are off and when my light are on the fog ligths are off . plus when i turn my light on i lose my speedometer. and at all time i can't see the trip millage.

when id change the turn signal switch i notice that my ligth connector has melted a bit on one side .....

now i would like to know if its a relay problem ,a ground problem, cut wire problem or something else thanks !

Sounds like a multifunction switch (MFS) and melted wire problem. The switch probably went bad and the wiring started melting. You likely need a new MFS and need to check the wiring itself to make sure it is all good.
