Hello to all Neon owners, so here I go...my daughter's 2002 Neon SXT has close t 50k and just recently has started to "sputter" as she drives, it's an auto and have not had any issues up until now, I used some fuel injector cleaner and seemd to help but didn't take care of the problem, and all fluids are good as well as the air filter and the plugs...
Thanks in advance for any suggestion as to what I could do ....not going to the dealer is my goal...

 

try new spark plugs NGK iridiums or accel plugs and new wires they arent too cheap expect to pay about 30-40 dollars but they are good plugs...Mine sputtered terribly at start up b/c I threw cheap autolite copper core in my car which I knew would happen eventually but I wanted to be cheap...so best of luck.

 

That was my next move after I found out from a guy at work whose wife had the same problem with thee same year car, thanks again.
