EBAY? I use ebay just to search for ideas i think would look great on my car. I have always had bad experience with ebay... and all lessons leaarned... PEOPLE JST WANT YOUR MONEY! I dont mean to drag e-bay down becuase it is ver nice when you meet an honest seller and things go smoothly. I have too many times where i was promised a certain thing that was nowhere near the performance or quality they boasted about when selling it.

those 2 are some of the best sites around for neon parts. They have just about anything out there that was made for neons of any year. As well, dodgeparts.com offers a good amount of stuff off the dealership shelves to load out your car for very good an low budget prices (good for if you wanted a high rise spoiler and those 3d tail lights... i think i saved around 30-40-50 bucks off that sight for those). Good people.

www.dodgeparts.com accidently sent me the wrong parts (sent me a dak's side mirrors instead of my tail lights) I e-mailed them and within 10 minutes i got a call and everything was fixed, new stuff on its way with a prepaid sticker to send the mirrors back to them.
