Default Won't start, cranks, no spark. Please help

Hi,
My 2001 Neon won't start.
It cranks
No spark
Only .2 - .3 volts at coil pack connector while cranking
Fuel pump relay has power at terminal #30 when off and when on
ASD relay has power at terminals #30 and #86 when off and when on.

I want to say it's the crank position sensor, but I really don't want to spend that kind of money if I'm not a bit more sure.

Does anyone have any ideas? Am I on the right track?
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks

crank and cam sensors are most common cause of crank, no start. Need a scope to check them. So it's either replace and hope, or drag to a shop.

Thanks Rick....

I've replaced the Crank and Cam sensors since last writing but still no go.

Someone asked me to check if the timing belt is intact and it is.
Can a "jumped" timing belt cause a "no spark" condition?
I doubt the timing belt has "jumped" anyway.
