Default Motor Oil In My Radiator

I have a 2004 Dodge Neon SRT-4 and there is motor oil in my radiator, but there is no water and radiator fluid in my oil. So what do you think is the problem? And how can it be fixed? Could it be a bad seal in the turbo that is causing it or a head gasket? If anyone knows what is going on please HELP me know how to fix it!?!

or cracked head...seen that happend to when the engine over heats..some to most guy dont know this..but when your car over heats and you lose antifreeze ..then the motor is still warm to hot..you replace it with hot water...if you dont.. and use cooler water you'll shock the head=can cause the head to crack...

It's been a while but yes a cracked head will allow fluids to mix. Has the car been running hot? If so I would resolve that before thinking of replacing the head or anything else....
