just got a '95 neon and the climate controls do not work. the fan controller does not work either for heat or cooling. I replaced the little lightbulbs and they work, so there is some power getting to the panel and I pulled the panel out somewhat to see if I could check the connection for any loose wires or if it was fried, looks ok. Checked fuses and main power fuses in engine compartment and they look ok as well.

Any suggestions on how I can troubleshoot this issue.

Maybe the switch is bad? Try probing the fan switch with a test light. I have an extra working switch assembly if you wanna try that...
