I have a 2002 Neon, came home from work it tried to stall when I hit the gas. got home parked it, next morning went to start it it would spin but not start. I changed the plugs and charged the battery and it started but idled rough. when went to step on the gas it acted as if it wanted to stall then the rpms would pick up as I tapped the gas. It would idle fine for a bit then studder then idle fine again let it idle for about 20 minutes with only a few studders . turn on AC rpms would drop would act as if it wanted to stall then I would get the rpms up again. and idle ok for a bit, turn AC off idle ok then. I cut it off. went back out again and tried to crank it it would spin and try and start but would not. got codes of P0171 and P1193 and P1684 any help would really be greatly appreciated.
