Hello! I have a 2003 Dodge Neon SXT. I am having a problem with the dials for the A/C and heat, most notably with the defrost. There is no problem turning the dial for the fan speeds, but I can't get the middle dial to go all the way to the right to the defrost without holding it or the right dial to go all the way to the highest heat setting without holding it. On the middle or right dial, it springs right back the a setting in the middle if you try to go to the right. There is no problem going to the left with either dial. Any ideas what could be causing this problem? Please let me know!! Thanks!
