I was wondering if some one could tell me why when I unscrew the PCM connecter bolt nothing loosens. I feel the drag like it is working (or unscrewing) but it doesn't come out nor does it free the connecter....?

Also, is it a bad idea to purchase a used PCM from a pick and pull or should I go with new?
