Neon 05 Misfire estimated cost

Neon 05 Misfire estimated cost
Hello,
I have a Dodge Neon 2005 SXT - 124k miles on it.
Recently replaced the cam sensor at my local mechanic who charged me $157 for the part and labor. The cam sensor caused my engine light to be on just before the emission test, and also caused the car not to be able to go over 2k RPM from time to time.
Now I have my engine light on again and this time the code shows Misfire 3 and 4. The mechanic gave me the following estimate:
Coil $110
Wires $48
Plugs $18
Labor $95
Total $271 plus Tax
I don't really know how to replace parts myself, so I was wondering if this is a fair price, or should I call any other auto repairs for estimate?
