I’m currently working on my girlfriends 2004 Dodge Neon, 2.0 engine. Went to go fire up the car and noticed it start and run for a second or two then it would die. Noticed this hanging below the car by the drivers side, but can’t find where the hell this thing goes. Any help would be Appreciated!!

 

That’s not factory with that cheesy splice job. Trace the wires and see where they go.
