HELP! What type of new control arm do I need here?
Happy holidays everyone! Where I am the ice is slick. My 2000 Plymouth / Dodge Neon fishtailed over black ice and hit a curb, bending my rear driver side wheel sideways. I checked under the car and found my control arm was bent and snapped. The first picture shown is the good one, compared to the other side. This is the rear most control arm you're looking at. Does anyone know what specific part I need to replace? And whether or not the problem includes the frame or just the bolt and arm? Any help would be awesome! (Also, Passenger rear, Good Side Driver rear, Bad Side
that is a separate plate against the frame you're seeing in picture two, not the frame itself.)
Looks like just the bolt and arm. Those rear arms are stamped steel and not the most rigid things available. How's the other arm (the one that runs parallel to the bent one)?
