Default Brownish liquid puddle inside of intake manifold

I took off throttle body to clean it cause the engine drags down when ac compressor kicks on..so I took off the throttle body hose to clean it too and I looked inside the intake manifold and there was a puddle of brownish dirty looking water in it and oily substance around the inside of intake..I vacuumed it out and sprayed intake cleaner inside it and wiped inside of it with a shop towel..just curious where this puddle came from..I did my valve cover gasket and seals last week..any ideas? Any ideas what could be dragging engine down when compressor kicks on? Rpm goes down to around 550 and sputters like it's going to die but it does not and rpms return to normal..

It's normal. The PCV recycles crankcase blow-by back to the intake for emission control purposes.

I'd check the oil for coolant, just to be safe.
