Default Dodge Neon SX 2.0 Tie Rod Unbolted Itself at the Tire?

Hey,

I’m looking for some answers. I replace the tie rod on my front passenger side but a couple weeks ago, it had magically came loose.
I was living with a roommate and we weren’t friends. We got along but as time went by, we started to dislike each other. But back to the point;

I had gone for a drive earlier that day for maybe half an hour, and the car was running perfectly normal.
Then a few hours later I needed to run out for some errands and the second I started to drive my car, EVERYTHING had felt different.
my car felt like it had no power, it would sky rocket in RPMs before it would shift and shifting was very delayed (way different than earlier. Some how I lost all my transmission fluid) and the steering was loose and I could hardly control my car. I called a tow truck and he had told me to check out my front passenger tire. He had noticed that my tie rod was unbolted and just hanging there. Tie rod is perfectly fine, but just dangling there disconnected. He said in his years of two trucking he had never seen that.

now, the question is, how likely is it that it unbolted itself and my transmission fluid emptied itself? Or could this be suspected sabotage?

That does not look like a tie rod, looks like a stabilizer bar.
