2002 Dodge Neon only when rolling. The scrubbing thumping not loud but enough, intermediate noise changes with car speed. A friend rode with me one day and told me there was something on the passenger side rear wheel that was very unusual shiny like something rubbing. I looked and couldn't find it. I have mag wheels that can look thru to the hib and brakes. I'm still searching under the car where the noise is coming from. Can't tell it it's front or rear. But it's under the car somewhere.
