Hold the gas pedal down while you crank the engine. Or just let it sit awhile......

BTW, why not introduce yourself?????

we've got a Neon section for vehicle specific problems. This one's a pretty easy fix. If the engine has been flooded, just let it sit for a few minutes and then try starting it again. If you're having lots of trouble starting it, tap on the starter with a rubber hammer or a small piece of wood. Don't try too hard to start it, you'll kill your battery. If it won't start after tapping on the starter, then it might be a sign of an underlying problem.

How would tapping the starter affect the extra fuel in the engine? :S
