SRT4 Exhaust on SXT?
I think that I finally decided that I will just get an exhaust off a SRT4 when I do replace my exhaust hopefully sometime this summer. It would probably be cheaper than any other exhaust since I could probably find a nice person with an SRT4 that is getting a new exhaust and is willing to part with their stock one. Plus I think the SRT4 exhaust looks better than any exhaust I've seen offered for my car. Most likely get one after I have gotten a CAI, possibly bigger TB and done some work to the intake mani. So my question for those that know the answer to this is what do I need to do in order to make this exhaust work on my car? I pretty sure it won't bolt straight up, but I know it can be done without too much of a hassle because I've seen people with it on their SXT. It will probably flow more than I need it too right now and maybe hurt my performance a bit, but I've got some plans that will put it to full use in the future for it.
It won't hurt your performance any stock or not, your catalytic converter will provide more than enough back pressure for the motor. It should just about bolt straight on, remember that the frame is the same between the two and the exhaust route is the same.
It oughta be pretty loud, my R/T was loud with the Mopar exhaust on it and it has a muffler.

71RoadRunner, what was the price of that exhaust, if you don't mind me asking? Do you know if it fits the SOHC, and do you remember what the product number is, or where I could find it. I haven't been able to find any good mopar resources for the first gen neons.
