I put a shadow hitch on my White 2k Plymouth Neon. The kit came with a HD Flasher. However the instructions didn't say where the flasher is. I would like to ask the group before I buy the manual.

 

Have you checked in the fuse box under the hood by the battery?

 

Are you just guessing or is that where it is? I don't see anything like the HD flasher that they sent me.

 

That is the only place I know of that has flashers. There is another fuse block in the dash on the drives side, when you open the drivers side door the fuse cover is on the side of the dash. I don't recall seeing any flashers in there though, but I could be mistaken.

 

One way to find it is don't turn the motor on but put the key on the on position and turn on your blinker and listen for the flasher. I just did that and the flasher sounds like it is actually in the steering column.

 

in my 97 neon it's located inside a dashboad side-panel that is accessed when the driver door is open..
