Would coilover springs from a 95-99 none fit my 00?

 

Do you mean the stock coil springs? They will fit on your '00 struts and lower the car by about an inch. Nobody makes coilover sleeves (the skinny coils) that actually fit the 1st gen Neon properly. The ones you see on ebay will fit on your '00 struts (sort of), but won't offer much lowering, and are way too high of a spring rate for your stock struts - they'll blow pretty quickly...

Absolutely not. They are a universal fit. The Neon's uncompressed spring height is a good 3-5 inches shorter than 90% of similar cars. Enough people have been suckered into buying them and installing them on the stock 1st gen struts, only to find out the best they can do is a 1-2" lift... You may break even on a 2nd gen. But like I said, they will blow the struts.
