H rated 205/50's
First time I used H rated tires on my Neon. They're unidirectional. Thought I'd have a problem in the rear with interferance because they are are about 1/2 wider than the s speed 205/50's I had on before--but they work---barely--about 1/8 inch clearance.
Man they feel good. There's a particularly sharply increasing radius turn on my commute that I test handling out on and I was able to get about 4 more mile per hour faster around the turn.
Very pleased. Now if I can keep from breaking sway bar mounts.

after market. I was 13 inch 4 X100 pattern original. Have had 15 X7 on 4 X100mm for past 2.5 years. My first set on those rims were S (or T speed--can't remember but either 102 or 108 speed) rated. They went 75,000 miles on little lightweight neon. But I eventually shredded up the corners both front and rear. (Need to change my driving style.)
Few other things I've done for handling--Susp. Tech. Sway bars, adjusted caster back a ways (for freeway speed stability). Changed over to manual steering last Summer with Moog endlinks.
My struts appear to be original OEM but at the VERY least have 85,000 miles since I bought the car--although holding up fine, so I also got KYB gas struts in the mail this last week. Have to wait about 2 weekends before I get a chance to put them in. (They probably helped in shredding my tires a little).
These tires are great--I was a little leary of Hankook because it's not my normal brand but they were $50 a piece and free shipping no tax.
