What all did you undo to get the tranny and axles in? The passenger side has a big rubber dampener, but I don't remember there being one on the driver's side. Tranny mount bolted in properly? Control arm bushings intact? Axle shaft seated and torqued properly in the hub? Is the wheel wiggling side-to-side or up-and-down?

I replaced the drivers side cv shaft and the front end still wobbles i noticed that the passenger side cv shaft goes up and down a little is this normal or the problem? Also if the tranny was bolted up but off like 1/8th inch would this cause the front end to wobble>>>>>>>i am really confused.

Is the shaft bent? That's what it's starting to sound like...

Is the tranny not fully seated to the block? That's definitely an issue...

I'm going to have to agree with RadarLove.....sounds like a bad/bent shaft. Another thing to check would be all your mounts. If something is out of alignment or isnt properly bolted up, you'd get the vibration.
