I couldn't find much on these. No mention of the spring rate(s), whether or not the struts are adjustable, single ****/double adjustable, camber adjustment, etc.
The one in the picture looks to be the "Race Spec", which means an inverted monotube design (good), probably higher spring rates, possibly compression/rebound adjustments, and possibly camber adjustability. Expect the ride to be very much on the harsh side... I'd ask the seller those questions, and forget it if he doesn't know the answers (or where to find the answers).
For the price, it's really not all that bad, particularly if all you're looking for is lowering (looks) and being able to fit more tire in the wheelwells (if it's street rubber - looks), even if it doesn't have all the extras a person would like for a track setup. If you aren't into competition (sanctioned) racing, you might ask if they sell the "Street Spec", which probably has a better ride.
