remote control to 03 Neon
I bought 03/04 Neon. Car has a RKE modul but i haven't any transmitter. Dealer says maybe i need to install receiver if i want to have a remote control for power locks.
I thought that RKE modul is a receiver. Am i wrong. Where i can get a transmitter. Can it be programmed with a scanner.
