RE: help with exhaust
Yah, great pictures you got there. Nice car, I like what you've done to it. Yeah, I know how the winter is. Lot of snow we get around here, I'm going to have some fun come winter now that my car is lowered. Probably gonna get stuck in the snow since I don't have as much clearance anymore. Oh well, I'll take it, I wanted it low.

I don't know where you live, but up here in west michigan we get some insane snow storms. We get snow storms around here that will drop 12+ inches at a time thanks to the great lakes. I don't think it will make a huge difference but I am guessing that I may have some trouble at times though, clearance went from 6inches (at least I think thats what dodge says it is stock) to about 4 inches clearance lowered.

RE: help with exhaust
Top two pictures are when she was new (6 months ago), bottom 3 are what she looks like right now with clear corners, hyperwhite blinkers, debadged, side moldings removed, and dropped about 2 inches with eibachs. There you go lonewulf, hopefully you can see those.

I helped a friend install his exhaust on his WRX and he had a muffler similar to that and we can hear him coming from about a mile away if he's on the throttle. His was a 4inch tip I believe. |
RE: help with exhaust
Thanks dude..
That thing looks clean as hell without all those badges on it. I want to get rid of mine as well... someday it will be done... What are the side moldings you are talking about? |
RE: help with exhaust
They are about in the middle of the door. Look in the bottom picture and you can see them if you look. They are there I guess to prevent door dings, I say whatever to that because most peoples door would hit my door up by the handle and not in the middle of the door.
Top pic is without them and bottom pic is with them. Like I said, they are about right in the middle of the door. No side moldings. Side moldings. |
