help with header and high flow cat
ive been thinking about buying a header and highflow cat off of ebay. which is better a ceramic header or steel header?

Steel is heavier and prone to rust, ceramic would take longer to rust. You don't need a high-flow cat unless you are pushing out some serious HP. Don't waste your money on either until you make it breathe better first.
