I think the #12 crane grind is about the best unless your turbo. Although I think the magnum cam is close and a bit cheaper.

Crane Cams has each cam and it's focus listed with it, wether it is a mild street cam or a full race cam. The #12 seems to be the popular route, check it out and see what is best for what you want.
