Just wondering if its possible to put viper motor in my neon? This woulnt be right away of course, I just got my girl, just wondering for down the line as the ultimate goal. Im sure i can spank a lot of cars with that set up.. Anyone done it or am I the first to think of it?

 

Souds like a good idea, but I think I would rather add a jet engine (like someone did to a VW bug).[sm=badbadbad.gif]

 

I think a viper engine would be too large for a Neon. You'll prob have to extend the front hood and bumper out.

 

sorry if it's offensive, but just buy the viper.

 

Ya the viper motor wouldnt physically fit in the engine bay, but would be sweet if it was possible.

 

It's just a crazy thing to think about. Besides, if someone had enough money to buy a Viper engine, it would be foolish to be messing around with a Neon. If it was me, I'd buy a higher end car and play with that.

 

Terrible second post then...think about the size of a V10 engine and then the size of the neon engine bay. A V8 will fit and has been done, but really not worth the effort. You can swap in an SRT-4 engine and spank plenty of cars on the road.

 

physically impossible,unless you do some maddddddddddd customization, like driving from the backseat and extending the engine bay behind the front doors and putting the dash where the front seats were?

 

What about putting the engine in the backseat and having a rear-wheel driven neon [&:]

 

That's always your best bet anyway...
