I bought my 96 neon about a month ago from a small car company. and just recently it came to mine and my boyfriends attention that the airbags had been blown and the covers glued down to hide them they also didn't tell us that it had been in a wreck or that it had a salvage title that had been suposedly restored. Until yesterday. Dec. 3, I know it is against the law to sell a vehicle with a salvage title to a buyer with out notifing them but i need to know what other options i have other than the ones the car co gave me... their options were give me back 500 dollars of the 2500.00 that i paid them or give them 200 more and drive off with a different car. either way i am loosing a car and money do you guys have any sugestions?? and by the way the tune up on the neon worked i get a lot better gas mileage than i did befor thanks again for you help on that.<img border="0" src=smileys/smiley19.gif border="0"> <img border="0" src=smileys/smiley5.gif border="0">

 

personally i would take them to court i mean shyt u have airbags on them, and the title and who knows how long they have been doing this i mean if hte other cars are like that also then well u could walk away with all of ur money or they might just cut a deal with u like a different/better car....u should call an attorney or lawyer and ask them(one that speacializes in that) thats wat i would do unless there are no real big probs with the car and find out wat kind of wreck it was in...and wat year is ur car and howmany miles?

 

would u like to buy new airbags i can get them??</P>
