It's possible that the differential pan is leaking some gear oil and I want to go ahead and service the differential by changing the fluid and any seals on the differential pan.

When you service the differential pan, does it have a gasket? What is the proper method for servicing the diff and reapplying the pan? Thanks in advance for any help provided.
