How do you go about balanceing out the intake and the exhaust,to gain the most you can ?What part's do i add to do so.

You don't have to balence it out right away though, you can work up to it. You could start with the intake side (CAI,TB, Indy Intake Manifold) then do the Exhaust side (Catback, Header, Highflow cat).Or you can mix and match it however you would like but just make sure in the end everything equals out. Personaly I would start with the CAI and CatBack and work from there. A high flow cat should probably be the last thing you do.
CAI = Cold Air Intake
Chrysler Corperation vehicles do not have ECU's, they have PCM's (Powertrain Control Modules)
The best single mod you can do easily is to get a CAI or a short ram intake. Next would be a good high flow muffler, the exhaust piping is optimally sized from the factory and going larger will cause a drop in back pressure. A drop in back pressure will lower your torque and cause the engine to rev up slower, but it will give you a little gain at the top end.

Speaking from experence when it comes to exhaust there are a lot of myths when it comes to back pressure. I have noticed a lot of people on here say that a loss in backpressure means a loss of lowend. I think everybody on here can benifit from reading this:

Both of these might be baised towards a certain product or vehicle but they both contain some very very good information.
I was told the same thing you guys tell everybody when I put 2.5" exhaust on my altima they said I would lose all my low end and would gain a little on the top. In fact compared to other alitmas that I know with 2.25 exhaust my car had a ton more lowend and actually quite a bit of an improvement on the top end. Sorry if I come off as an ******* but I just can't allow the backpressure myth to run its course in here anymore.

I don't really agree with the whole low backpressure will make you lose low end. I have an iceman intake and a borla pacesetter 2.5 inch catback exhaust with really no other mods to speak of and I think I actually gained a little low end. Given I don't have dyno results to back this up, just feel.
