ok how many coats of paint did they put on the 2000s? one? anyone got a better way to touch up scratches without usin that damn touchup paint?

When I got my front end repainted to match the body it took (2) coats. If i was to guess no more then that.....

ok well i have light key marks and scratch marks all over my car and it went straight to the metal and the touch up paint bubbles up and is thicker than the factory paint

I would recommend bitting the bullet and getting the body painted if it bothers you....that my opinion!
