why let all the stock srt4 parts sit around???? there are plenty of people that would buy them

the guy i bought my turbo off of was running a stock internals motor with an AGP 50 trim turbo, port fueler, larger intercooler, and a few other goodies....boosted at 25psi and dynoed at 410 whp on 91octane gas..

have you ever seen hahnracecrafts srt4????

the stock srt4 turbo is a great turbo for the size of it.....

i would get a stock srt4 anyday before i would get a suped up sxt

 

i have also seen srt4 run more than 12 pounds of boost and the pistons they leave behind make great key chain charms or ashtrays. is it possable, sure i havent seen them last on the cars ive phiscaly seen. but i have seen them blow.

 

Maybe it's the setup then and install, because they are VERY capable engines.

 

there is a car on campus that has tons done too it. He runs i think ballpark 18 on average. But like I said, he has quite an extensive mod list.

 

12psi is still more then 10psi

i dont think i can believe an srt4 blowing the motor on only 12psi.....unlees they didnt know how to drive it

I have had a 05 acr and I have a sxt right now and the insurance on both are quite a huge difference . My sxt is 50bucks a month and my acr was like 200 bucks a month. I also have a hahn racecraft turbo kit in my 96 neon and just as nice as my srt4 was. Everyone is doing the swap into there 1st gen or 2nd gen . Pretty easy and can find everything around 3 grand to 4 grand on ebay or if your lucky at a junk yard. I say go for it and good luck.
