I have seen a 1st Gen Neon here in town that has clear tail lights. I don't mean Altezzas or any other style, I mean they look like the stock ones, only clear. Does any one know where I can get my hands on a set. I can't seem to find them any where. Is it possible to make my stock ones clear?

...but watchout, I'm pretty sure that unlike Euro lights, all clear lights are illegal even with colored bulbs.

 

Also, I've seen people slap in the red bulbs and then their brake lights look pink. Pretty damn ugly, unless that's what your goin for?

 

Klerrick is right they are ugly. But it your ride. As for finding them good luck they are illegal so they are pretty hard to find.

 

I saw them on a first gen when I was at the mall the other day, I didn't like them. But like others have said, its your car so if you like it go ahead and get them.

 

Here in Texas the motor vehicle code says you have to have red reflective lenses on the rear of the vehicle of a certain number of square inches....[&:]

 

I'm actually using LED bulbs. I know how ugly the red ones look.
