Turbo Dodge Engine In Neon
Waste of money to buy a part that he is needing? How is that a waste of money?????? So rather than to get a NEW part that will FIT the car, should buy a used one that has to modified or find other used parts to make it work and have about the same amount of money invested. Yeah that is CRAZY. Sorry I tried to help someone!
As for swapping in a T2 or T3 TD engine, look here:

Should browse the srt boards for a used turbo. Will be a lot cheaper than $600+. If you are going turbo, invest in a turbo that suits your application goals. It involves more homework and money; so it all comes down to rebuiling you car a few times, or doing to right the first time. Personally, using a TD to start would be easier, but that is just me. You can build a neon to be decent for a few hundred, but boost is addictive.
