Tranny and the rain

Does anyone else have a problem with there Neon when it just got done raining out, or if its raining? The tranny doesnt slip, it just seems like it doesnt want to shift at some points.

Service the transmission. Drop the oil pan, change the filter, the fluid. Adjust the bands and the kickdown cable.
