Default CD Changer Help

I got a kenwood cd player, harness and everything. The guy at circuit city though I had to cut in it...im just wondering what would cut through it? just regular scissors or something easier?

Huh? Th enew harness? yes, you have to splice it in. And generally, wire cutters help. Scissors won't do much but make a mess of everything.

circuit city has clips made for cd players if they have it for yours then just buy that and it will connect your cd player to the harness which connects to the car, this means no cutting splicing or crimping, i did that with my alpine and the clip cost about 16$. I dont really know what your talking about but yea i thought this might help.

Usualy you do have to stip the wires and connect them correctly to your cd player

im not talkin about the actual wires, there all spicled and stuff im talkin about like the adapter for the 1999 neon...the big black plastic square thing

What about it? Where do you get one? Any audio store carries them, I think you can get them from Wal-Mart as well.

no i got one the guy said i had to cut it...im just wondering what tool should i use to cut it? would regular scissors cut it?

uh prolly but youd be better off using like a wire stripping tool with a wire cutter in it
