I have a 2007 Nitro with a factory tow package. I am told I need to install an electronic brake control to pull the trailer I have. I bought a Reese Brakeman Compact but I cannot seem to find the wires to connect it. Can anyone tell me where to look? Thanks.

The wire plug should be under the drivers side dash (E-brake area) up behind and it should be light blue harness plug. You simply get a harness that plugs into it then that harness plugs into the brake controller. Total plug and play operation!

 

Not all of them would have came with a plug for the controller,there should be a paper with the controller you bought with a toll free number on it call that number and they will advise you of how to do this,most i have seen did have a way to hook those up ,but not all of the trucks built has the plug ready to install,because there's so many different brands of controllers,good luck on it,that number on the paper for the controller should be a 24 hour hot line number.
