Default Trailer Running Lights Not Working

Hello everyone. I'm having issues with the trailer running lights on my 2007 dodge nitro. I believe the harness is factory. Brake and signal lights work but running lights do not. (trailer is not the problem). I've checked all of the trailer-related fuses under the hood. I heard that there is an inline fuse somewhere in the vicinity of the battery, but I couldn't find it. Does anyone know where that fuse is or where I should go from here?

Are you getting power to the truck-side trailer harness plug for the rear lights? If not, I would start tracing the trailer harness back to where it hits the main harness. On the older trucks, they were notorious for using really poor quality connectors.....

Yes, I do have power at the truck plug. Just not on the brown wire.

Trace it back, and see where you lose power at.

Sorry, I'm new at this. Trace it back to the taillight where it connects?

You aren't getting power at the connector, so, follow that brown wire forward from the trailer connector (on the truck) to where it hits the main rear harness. Since all the lights on the truck work, (right?) that is the most likely spot for things to fall apart.
