Default 2010 Dodge nitro limp mode

Have a 2010 Nitro 3.7L with what I believe to be a 42RLE I'm trying to diagnose. Pulled codes cleared codes disconnected battery and cleaned terminals, P1745, P0868 codes come back immediately. Transmission is in limp mode from what I can tell, it will not shift into higher gears. ESP, ABS, TRACTION, Check Engine lights on. Original pulled codes are P0868, P1745, P0882, P1775, C1020, C102B. Swapped relay K5 with another one, checked fuses M3, M37, and all visible fuses at the BJB. Visually inspected wire connectors at the PCM, Transmission, and both rear wheel speed sensors. Right rear speed sensor appears to be messed with, has electrical tape on it, I'll revisit that. Also noted transmission pan has fluid on it and rubber gasket is cracking, possibly non-OEM. Ready to get the multimeter out just need to know what to look for.
