I have a 2017 Promaster. Both of my trip information always show 13.1 mpg. I reset them to 0, drive a while and they are at 13.1 and never change. I heard that the dealer can "reflash" the gauge cluster but my dealer doesn't know what to do. Has this happened to any others?

Well they say they never heard of that and say replacing the console won't help. I think they think I am nuts.
