I have a 99 2500 with cummins and have been making my own bio from restaurant waste oil. Only problem was having to change fuel filter more frequently. Lately there is no power it will only run at about 1500 rpm then it will break loose. When idling you can rev engine with no problem. Any ideas?

check your fuel pressure sounds like its not getting enough fuel our your vp 44 is dead.
