Owning a rental ford?

 

THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR A LONG TIME. WILL THEY EVER LEARN AND FIX IT NO!! I MEAN WOULDN'T YOU REALIZE THAT WHEN DUMPING TOO MUCH RAW FUEL IN MANY THINGS COULD HAPPENAND CAN CAUSE A LOT OF PROBLEMS!! DRIVE A CUMMINS!

 

anyone hear about the Ford suieing Navistar International for not helping pay for the warranty

 

Well, I don't know about the new Fords but I rented an F-350 Powerstroke on vacation pulling a 28ft 5th wheel and I was not impressed. It was sooooo noisy I found it hard to believe that it was a modern generation diesel. It was like Ford had just taken a 20 year old design and put some fancy leather seats and dashboard on it and called it good. The icing on the cake came when the temperature dropped to -2C one night in the Rockies. In the morning the speedometer refused to work until the truck had warmed up!!

 

Haven't had any problems with the engine in international trucks. The problem is because ford messes with the engine. Same thing with the 6.0l. I.H's were rated lower, ford increased the rating beyond the engine design to compete with dodge and chevy.
