We have thunderstorms around, nothing serious.
But for some reason the campus lost power for about 30 minutes.
I love thunderstorms and rain only at night, makes for good sleepin' weather.
Other than that, I love the sun and the bikini's too!

We had our winter snow warring here in north Iowa on Tuesday night and when it was all said and done Wednesday noight we had 8 plus inches of very heavy wet snow that is now almost gone
The below photo shows the 5 inches of snow that we woke to Wednesday morning.

Yeah, We had all kinds of warnings here in Golden, CO, 10-16 inches overnight blah blah blah. Woke up this morning andwasn't a flake anywhere, sometimes I wonder about these weather forecasters, if I messed up that much at work I'd be long gone.

I too am getting a little tired of " The boy who cried Wolf " thing. It seems like they try to make every rain or snow fall seem like the storm of the century. This is why I miss the older more honest newscasters who didn't really try to "hype" the news. All they did was "report" it.
